Step 1:
"One of the first things we did after purchasing Wildlife Art Magazine was to hire Malane Newman to redesign the magazine€s website. The Wildlife Art site needed a total overhaul and Malane did just that. The transformation was amazing! Malane continues to provide support for the website which we’ve found to be convenient and cost effective."

Owners, Wildlife Art Magazine
“The response to our new website has been overwhelming.  We have gotten a great response from all our customers.  Thank you so much.  Your ability to interpret our needs and vision for our site was right on target.  We will be recommending your services to everyone who wants a successful presence on the web.”

"Malane took my ideas and made them come to life! In addition to her masterful artwork of my characters and website, she gave me a crash course in marketing my website. Malane went above and beyond what she had to for my project. It was a joy to work with her!"

John Nangle
Owner, Maestro Dusty’s Children’s Music
After initial consultation, the award of the project, and the 30% advance payment is received, a business agreement will be created from our conversation that we both agree upon. When an email is received by me from you stating that you agree to the business agreement or a signed copy of agreement is received by me, an appointment will be set to show mock-ups or comps (design ideas). Based on agreement information, we will provide 2-3 mock-ups of secondary (internal) website pages.

Step 2:
You will review the mock-ups and choose one, or choose what you do like from each one (to be compiled into another mock-up), or request more mock-ups.

Step 3:
We will work on new mock-ups or on the one you picked until you are satisfied that it accomplishes the goals of the agreement, at which time the second 30% payment is paid. Revisions and corrections will be either sent via email as PDFs (which can be opened with Acrobat Reader, a free program), or be viewed online from pages within my website from an email link.

Step 4:   Crucial step often omitted by most website designers!
We will lay out all pages (using Photoshop) from client provided text and photographs, either provided by client or from my extensive personal library. These layouts will show what each secondary page will precisely look like once coded in HTML. These pages will be laid out in the chosen designed Look & Feel. Minor changes to the content can be made at this stage without additional cost.

Step 5:
When you approve and sign-off on each page’s content and layout, design of the Home page will be created bringing forward a similar Look & Feel along with the most important content and information. The Home Page will then be presented for sign-off.

Step 6:
Once sign-off on all pages has been received, HTML coding will begin. Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) will also begin. Graphics used in the Look & Feel and in the content will be optimized for the web. No changes are allowed at this stage to avoid introducing errors into the code. You will be able to view the progress online from pages within my website from an email link.

Step 7:
When coding of all pages are completed, the final payment is paid. The website will then be uploaded to your URL. All completed web pages, content graphics, and photographs will be the property of the client. All work files will remain the sole property of Malane Newman Design.
